The C018800 is the SIONYX Nightwave Digital (White), a next-generation IP-based ultra-low-light marine camera. Unlike the standard analog version, this model is engineered specifically for seamless integration into modern networked vessel ecosystems using Power over Ethernet (PoE).

- High-Definition Imaging: Features a 1280 x 1024 Black Silicon CMOS sensor optimized for large-screen displays, providing superior clarity compared to traditional thermal or analog systems.
- Moonless Starlight Performance: Capable of detecting objects in near-total darkness (less than 1 millilux) without the need for active white light.
- Seamless MFD Integration: Connects directly to major multifunction displays (MFDs) from Garmin, Raymarine, and Navico (Simrad/B&G) via a digital IP network connection.
- Multi-Device Streaming: The digital architecture allows one camera to stream to multiple MFDs simultaneously or multiple cameras to be viewed on a single screen.
- Rugged Construction: IP67-rated for water and dust resistance, dry nitrogen purged to prevent fogging, and tested to military standards for shock and vibration.
Compatibility Information
The C018800 is designed for modern digital marine networks and requires different infrastructure than the analog Nightwave models.
- Connectivity: Primarily uses Wired Ethernet (PoE) for both power and data. It also features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for mobile app control and software updates
- Power Requirements: Powered via PoE (37-57V DC). An IP67-rated PoE injector (9-36V DC input) is included for vessels without existing PoE switches.
- Mounting: Compatible with standard 4-bolt patterns or 1/4"-20 mounts, supporting both ball-up and ball-down orientations
