The Rhodan AM20020 SRQ mounting bracket brings sliding adjustment, rotational positioning, and quick removal together in one purpose-designed accessory for fifth-generation Rhodan GPS Anchor trolling motors. It allows an installed motor to shift between forward and aft positions, rotate to suit the boat’s gunwale, and disengage from the mount for servicing or storage without treating the motor as a permanently bolted assembly. The bracket also incorporates a security lock and a load-responsive slip-clutch design.

Compatibility

Designed exclusively for Rhodan fifth-generation GPS Anchor trolling motors. Rhodan does not identify the SRQ mount as compatible with earlier Legacy motors or other manufacturers’ trolling motors. The SRQ replaces the standard mounting arrangement and requires sufficient clearance and a properly reinforced deck.

Installation & Setup

Rhodan instructs installers to place the flat edge of the SRQ base plate no more than 7 inches from the outer rub rail, with the center of bracket rotation no more than 10.5 inches from the rail. The bracket must be firmly backed and fastened using all four deck bolts; installation instructions specify 15 ft-lb for the deck bolts and 30 ft-lb for the rotation-cap screws after alignment.
