The Lowrance HST-WSBL is a 83/200 kHz Skimmer Transducer, a high-speed transom-mount transducer designed for depth and temperature readings. It is one of the most widely used transducers for inland freshwater and inshore coastal saltwater fishing due to its ability to provide clean sonar returns at boat speeds up to 61 knots.

- Broadband Sonar: Operates at 83 kHz (up to 120° beam width) and 200 kHz (up to 60° beam width) for excellent target separation and depth tracking.
- Skimmer Design: The hydrodynamic shape allows the transducer to slice through water without creating sonar-interfering bubbles.

- Blue 7-Pin Connector: Uses the standard Navico blue 7-pin connector for a secure, waterproof connection.
- Maximum Range: Capable of reading depths up to 1,000 feet (300 meters) at 83 kHz.
Compatibility
This transducer fits most Lowrance and Simrad units with a blue 7-pin connector. Compatibility includes:
- Modern Units: HDS LIVE, HDS Carbon, HDS Gen3, HDS Gen2 Touch, Elite FS, Elite Ti/Ti², and Hook (Note: some may require a 7-to-9 pin adapter).
