The Hertz HMX 7.7 S-LD-G.2 marine coaxial speaker pair combines high-efficiency midbass drivers with neodymium tweeters for clean, detailed music reproduction across exposed helm, cockpit and open-air listening areas. Each 7.7-inch speaker is rated for 100W RMS continuous power at 4 ohms. Integrated RGB lighting adds selectable illumination through compatible external lighting control hardware. The sport gray grilles complement boat interiors while the UV-stabilized materials withstand exposure to spray, sunlight and salt air.

Installation Guidance

  • Use a 4-ohm-compatible channel for each speaker and select amplifier power appropriate to 100W RMS per speaker
  • Choose a high-pass crossover to protect midbass cones from excessive sub-bass excursion
  • Match mounting hole, speaker depth and panel thickness to Hertz dimensional drawings
  • Secure wiring, use marine-rated terminations and seal deck or bulkhead penetrations
  • Feed RGB lighting from a properly fused 12V lighting supply and compatible RGB controller; audio terminals and lighting wires are separate
